Welcome to my site.I live in southern indiana hence the name of the site. I've been interested in bigfoot for many year's.I think i really became hooked on the subject when i discovered my first footprint along a slough off the ohio river.Up till then i just read book's and watched movies on the subject. I never really thought i'd find anything.That was 20 or so years ago.After that i started looking into matters more.I've hunted and fished all my life, so the forrest and woods are like my second home so to speak.Over the years i've been lucky enough to experience some exciting events.I love a mystery! I've seen enough to believe there is something unknown roaming around the forrests and out of the way places that can't be explained away.I believe everyday we are one step closer to making an important discovery.But for now we have to be content with what it isn't.I've heard every explaination under the sun from bears to seeing things.But i don't buy it for a minute.People love to make up stories and myths but when it might seem possible that it could be true,they shy away.the old fear of the unknown.you ever been in the deep forrest and the birds are singing and the insects making noise,everything seems right with the world ,then suddenly everything quits.Like you turned off a light switch?Thats truly an eerie feeling.Then you hear a crunching noise,feet moving through the leaves and brush.You know your not alone.That gets the blood pumping! This winter i hope to do some baiting and observations with night vision equipment.
I believe winter is key in indiana to possibly get some pictures.My reasoning is that there are less people out and about.plus food will not be available in the deep forrest in the winter time as it is in the summer months.Therefore bigfoot should have to range out more .at least it's worth trying.I will post my results on this website regardless....Mike.
